Small electrical contracting office seeking administrative assistant to support staff.
Must be well organized. Duties Include: Answering phones, writing letters, filing, typing estimates, billing,proposals and payroll. Logging job hours/cost, ordering material. Logging employee hours, etc.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is a quick learner.
Ideal candidate would have experience in the field, working with an electrical contractor.
Only candidates with relative experience will be considered.
Knowledge of the NYC Department of Buildings, DOB NOW, Con Edison Project Center is a plus
Light errands may be required such as post office, bank, etc.
Candidates with electrical estimating or project management experience are welcome to apply.
Knowledge of Quickbooks, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Serious inquiries only.
